At Pierced, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry must remain in their heat-sealed tamper-evident bags to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original jewelry boxes and place them into a shipping mailer along with the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items and confirms the hygiene seals are intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
